Engine 15 Tractor,   1919 American LaFrance Open Cab, Apar. Serial# 2451, 1908 Ahrens FE steamer #142

One of the two 1918 American LaFrance Type 31-4 2-wheel tractors was applied to a 1908 Ahrens-Fox steamer and assigned to Engine 4. Here is the rig circa 1921 when it was newly assigned to Engine 15.
