Thursday March 22, 2007, 0700 hours.

Yesterday I spent the entire day with family. We had breakfast at the motel and then my brother, my nieces and I took the kids to the Arizona Mills Mall. We spent a couple hours there looking around and then had lunch before heading to the baseball game. The kids had a great time at the mall as they had a carousel and a Games Works store where they had a ball.

We were at the ball park until 1700 hours (two great games, Augsburg lost 4-3 and then won 2-1). Traffic was a little rough getting back to the motel. It was a gorgeous day here, partly overcast with a nice breeze and only in the mid 70s in Mesa where the games were played. Back at the motel we sat around the pol until Samuri Sams delivered a great Teryaki dinner to the motel for the team. I had my scanner on all day and it seemed relatively quiet here. The only working fire I heard was up in Glendale and involved a couple semi-trucks loaded with wood.

I didn't as much see a fire truck today, which was OK for a change. Today the family and kids are going to the zoo (not exactly my thing) am I will take the car to a local Chevy dealer to see how much they will rip me off to put that missing part on. Hopefully I'll have time to hit some stations. It is very overcast here this morning with a 30% chance of rain- they're praying fir it here.

Sorry, but I'm not sending any photos today.
